Please try the following to re-establish the connection between Newforma Project Center and Outlook:

1. Uninstall Newforma Project Center client
2. Run a full/online repair of Microsoft Office
3. Reboot
4. Reinstall Newforma Project Center client.
5 Open Project Center
6. Open Outlook

7. Create a test email from Newforma to see if the issue has been resolved. 


If emails are still not being generated:

1. Close Outlook and Newforma. 

2. Remove the registry keys from Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Newforma

3. Open Newforma

4. Open Outlook

5. Create a test email from Newforma to see if the issue has been resolved.
