When attempting to launch the software, the screen shows "Product License Activation" required.


Solution:

The steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Move C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\001K1_2019.0.0.F\LGS.data file to another folder (e.g. Desktop)
  2. Start AutoCAD 2019
  3. On Let's Get Started dialog window select Single-user

  1. If asked sign in with your Autodesk Account credentials.

Note: if you are experiencing the same issue with another Autodesk software versions 2017 to 2019, follow the same steps, but in the step 1, change 001K1_2019.0.0.F in the folder path with the software product key and the version number (Prodkey_Verstion.0.0.F).  For example for AutoCAD LT 2019 it will be 057K1_2019.0.0.F.
